Procrastinate...

An article in the New Scientist today talked about procrastination, and distraction from work and annoying tasks. Of course, once I'd seen that I forced myself out of my torpor, and managed to get a few jobs done. Jobs, I call them - like buying the Christmas cards I need, and a present.
